Children and adults can learn to ride a bike step by step with a range of lessons for all abilities.

The lessons are run by Bike With Emma – a cycle instructor based in Farnworth – who starts lessons for beginners to teach them how to ride independently on a pedal bike without stabilisers for those aged four to adult.

Other bike skills taught include helping people to build confidence and control by learning how to turn, control speed and be spatial aware while riding a bike.

Lessons are also available for those interested in learning how to glide, turn, stop, and play some fun games for children aged three to six.

There are also different bike ability levels for people wanting to improve their biking abilities for more complex riding, which starts at beginner’s level.

There are a range of upcoming classes still available, including Wednesday April 12 from 2pm onwards, Thursday April 13 with several classes available at 9am and the 3pm onwards.

Slots are filling up quickly, so it is advised to book as in advance as possible.
