This time we have headed to Bromley Cross to find out more about the Spread Eagle and the reasons behind the new landlords’ success in such a short time.

Give us some history about the pub:

We are a local community pub. It used to be the hub and go to place. It’s been standing for over 100 years.

As a new landlady and landlord we are turning the pub around with open mic nights and Eagle Minds men’s club in support of male mental health.

We also have a quiz, live music and games night.

Is food served? If so what’s on the menu?

We have a burger menu and a traditional menu which serves, traditional rag pudding, lasagne, our version of a chippy tea and a vegetable curry.

Yes

Do you have any darts/snooker/pool teams?

We have two pool teams

Cruzcampo

Most memorable moment at the pub:

When our piano was delivered and people just randomly play it.

Do you have an entertainment line-up?

We have live music every Saturday evening

Have you faced any challenges within the industry?

The pub had a bit of reputation so our challenge is getting the message out we are a family friendly pub once again.
