Two Bolton Wanderers fans have taken dozens of bags of kit to Africa out of the kindness of their own hearts.
Last year, Vince Hankinson, Mark Riley and their friend Bev Lord from Shaw, Oldham, took of kits and supplies to Jarjeer Mule and Donkey Refuge in Morocco.
They took kits donated by Bolton Wanderers, Atherton Collieries, Hindsford AFC and Crosfields JFC to be distributed across Africa, including the refuge.
This year, they took kits from Bolton Wanderers, Crossfield Juniors and Leigh College.
Bev said: "Vince and Mark set off on December 27. They are doing the drive and we are meeting up at the sanctuary.
"We will get to the local football place where we met last time.
"Last year we took blankets and stuff, go to people affected by earthquake what have you.
"Crossfield Juniors donated boots, which they had never asked for before."
She added: "Susan and Charles down the refuge suffered structural damage as a result of the earthquake. It is not falling down, as it is built to earthquake standards, but some of the bedrooms are out of action.
"They will also be taking some stuff had left over up to people in mountains.
"They have had lots more equines come to them as a result of the earthquake in impact on local people.
"I don't think we have done boots before. When I went up the other day we had a massive bag of boots."
The kits and boots have now been delivered.
Vince and Mark, who is the vice chair of Atherton Collieries, will move on to Mauritania, Senegal and Gambia.
They plan to continue doing the trips for another decade, taking donations from Bolton to Africa, self funded.
