A man has been arrested on suspicion of a number of offences after failing to stop for police while driving.
Greater Manchester Police (GMP) shared on their Oldham Central Facebook page in the early hours of this morning (April 13), saying a Nissan Micra Sport failed to stop for officers from the Westwood and Coldhurst neighbourhood policing team on Mitchell Street in Coldhurst.
Eventually, one man was arrested on suspicion of theft of motor vehicle, burglary, possession with intent to supply class A and B drugs, failing to stop for police, dangerous driving and driving with no insurance.
Police said in the post that following the arrest, a "large quantity of cash and drugs" were seized.
A picture shared by GMP showed the Nissan Micra Sport perched on a grass area off the road.
