A MAN who denies riding a mini motorbike dangerously has appeared in court.
Lee Scrivens, aged 22, of Pimlott Road, Hall i’th’ Wood, appeared at Bolton magistrates court yesterday charged with riding a Suzuki motorcycle on the pavement in Pimlott Road on May 7.
He had pleaded not guilty at an earlier hearing and his case was committed to Bolton Crown Court on October 24.
He was granted unconditional bail by the court.
