WHEN New Labour — the party of broken promises, the party of spin, and the party who have bent over backwards to make the British people feel like second class citizens — came to power, high on its agenda of promises was education, education, education. Alas, what has it given us? Immigration, immigration, immigration.

Our classrooms are now more populated than any other country in Europe, with half the pupils having English only as a second language. Is it extreme to say that if this present situation continues, in future years the English language will have become the second language to the majority of this once proud country.

New Labour sleeps while Britain burns.
