THE body of man from Adlington has been found in the Leeds and Liverpool Canal.
Paul Montgomery, aged 37, was reported missing by his family at 4.35pm on Saturday.
Police in Chorley called the force helicopter, dog handlers and underwater search team to search for him.
The body Mr Montgomery was found by the police divers under his barge on the canal, later that evening.
