FATHER Christmas should be used to snow by now — but unfortunately he was unable to make it to Horwich last week because of the weather.
Now children who have been good all year are celebrating because Santa will be making a second attempt to drop in next week.
The visit from Father Christmas was organised by the Rotary Club of Horwich, but was cancelled because of “poor weather conditions” last Wednesday.
He will return to the Beehive area of Chorley New Road in his float on Wednesday, December 17.
