Something readers should know: I’m a season-ticket holder at Liverpool FC and have a strong interest in music and going to gigs
What or who encouraged you to choose teaching as a career? My passion for sport and my PE teachers when I was at school
What has been your most satisfying moment in the classroom? Too many to mention — but all the moments where I’ve made a difference to someone’s school life
What are you looking forward to this year? Going away on my first ski trip with school
What do you enjoy about teaching? Getting young people enthused about sport and pushing them to reach their full potential
