What was your first job?

I started my first job in Cornwall in an Indian restaurant.

Name one person you would like to have dinner with and why?

My dream dining person would be Sir Richard Branson because once I had a chance to serve him and his guests while I was working in London. He was a fantastic personality with an electrifying attitude.

What are your hobbies?Watching football, especially Manchester United and Bolton Wanderers matches. I try not to miss any limited-overs cricket matches.

What is your top time-saving tip?

With any job don’t wait until tomorrow, do it now, tomorrow might never come in your life.

What is your favourite thing about Bolton and why?

Nat Lofthouse, legendary Bolton Wanderers footballer. He came many times to the Royal Balti House and told us so many tales of the golden days of Bolton Wanderers football club. Very inspiring personality.

Which past event has most influenced your life and why?

I am inspired by my father by learning how to take any pressure easily and take control of that situation.

What is the one piece of advice you would pass on to/have passed on to your children?

Think of the best but be ready for the worst.

What is your typical day?

First thing in the morning I pray and then I drop my daughter at school and go straight to my favourite gym, work very hard and start another lovely day.
