ATHERTON Colls were held to a 1-1 draw by Colne, despite taking the lead through Shaun Connor.
Poor defending allowed the East Lancashire visitors back into the game, and Mark Threlfall netted with less than two minutes left on the clock.
The result, coupled with Flixton's draw at AFC Fylde, leaves Colls needing to beat Abbey Hey tonight and Flixton to lose both their remaining games in order not to finish bottom.
Mark Farrell put Daisy Hill into the lead against Cheadle Town, but it was all in vain as the visitors stormed back to win 2-1.
