A man is in a critical condition after a road traffic collision in Bolton.
The collision happened at about 8.30am at the junction of Plodder Lane and Watergate Lane in Farnworth on Tuesday April 28.
A red Nissan Micra and a blue Audi were in collision at the traffic lights, and the 82-year-old driver of the Micra is in a critical condition in hospital.
The driver of the Audi, a 35-year-old woman and her 17-year-old daughter, suffered minor injuries and were treated in hospital.
The road was closed for sometime and police are appealing to anyone who witnessed the collision to call the Area One Road Policing Unit on 0161 856 7201.
