SHIRE horses will clip-clop along the cobbles of Nelson Square, Bolton, on Tuesday in support of the Poppy Appeal.
The horses will deliver barrels of Thwaites Liberation Ale to the Spinning Mule on the back of a 1960s dray cart.
The pub is raising money for ex-servicemen during Wetherspoons’ real ale festival and 10p from every pint of Liberation Ale goes to the charity.
Out of all the Wetherspoons pubs in the North West, the Spinning Mule has so far sold most pints of real ale during the festival.
