THE Mayor and Mayoress of Bolton, Cllr Norman Critchley and his wife, Delyse, will attend the unveiling on Monday of a memorial to a community campaigner. The stone, on land in The Haulgh, is a tribute to Walter Scott, who died last year and campaigned on issues such as prostitution and crime.
