WHAT a waste of council money. If you are keen on recycling, the green boxes are too small.
They should have been delivered on request, so they would be used for the purpose intended.
Clear, plastic bags would have been better, given on a fill one up, get another basis.
My box was not emptied, therefore two weeks later I put if out with three white bin liners full on top. These were left, but the box was emptied. So they went into the grey bin.
A waste of time, money and effort.
