A BOLTON-based chef who has worked with celebrities is hosting a Culinary Masterclass.
Executive chef Mark Skillicorn has worked with chefs Paul Bocuse, Nick Nairn, Paul Rankin, Alastair Little and Anthony Worral-Thompson.
He is a previous winner of the Chain des Rottiseurs Chef of the Year competition and has appeared on the Ready Steady Cook roadshow.
The evening, at the Albert Halls, Bolton, on Wednesday, June 15, starts at 7.30pm and tickets cost £19.95.
