THIS year's "brass bands in the parks concerts" are continuing at Horwich this weekend.
The series of concerts will be held over summer month finishing in September. Concerts start at 2pm and finish around 4pm.
The dates and venues are as follows: June 12, Gardens of Remembrance Horwich, Rivington & Adlington Band; June 26, Central Park Westhoughton, Tyldsley Brass Band; July 17, Parish Church Bolton, Eagley Brass Band; July 31, Central Park Farnworth, Farnworth & Walkden Band; August 21, Moss Bank Park, Boarhurst Brass Band; August 28, Smithills Hall Gardens, Valley Brass Band; and September 11, Thomasson Park, Rainford Silver Band.
