RE the letter by S Hollingsworth on Tuesday, May 31. I think Mr Hollingsworth should do his homework first, with regard to Wigan not having recycling bins.
Wigan does have these, plus bags for newspapers and magazines.
Bolton and Wigan, with all other councils, will have to adopt more facilities for recycling over the next 12 months, or they will be fined.
