GREATER Manchester Chief Constable Michael Todd has been cleared of claims a ban on pro-Palestinian protests was unlawful.
The Victory to the Intifada group was stopped from demonstrating outside Marks and Spencer over Christmas.
High Court judge, Mr Justice Bean, said Mr Todd's concerns that the protests might cause public disorder were "rational" reports BBC Manchester
