HOW sad! Our beloved council cannot find the money to provide a decent road surface.
Hardly surprising, after wasting funds plonking humps on almost every street.
Then there's the cost of erecting an archway and supplying rubbish bins for this, that and the other commodity.
What's coming next? Tins for cigarette stubs? Another one for empty toothpaste tubes?
No wonder we have to drive on chewed-up tarmacadam.
