ST Philips AODS are busy rehearsing for their latest production, the well-known favourite The Pajama Game.

Choreography is in the hands of Barbara Grant and musical direction is under the baton of Frank Fielding.

And making her debut as director for St Philips seniors is Kathryn Henrys. Kathryn has been involved with St Philips since an early age, appearing in many of their junior workshop productions as well as in he senior shows. She directed the juniors in the Greater Manchester Drama Festival one-act play festival, and their piece won Best Play in its category.

After leaving school at 18, Kathryn studied performing arts at St Martin's College in Lancaster where she obtained her degree. While studying, she also worked as a classroom assistant and as an extra in television.

In May last year, she started teaching year five pupils at St Michael's primary school in Bolton.

The cast is led by Jenny Bowling and Nick Larkin, and the show runs from Monday, March 14, until Saturday, March 19, at the Parochial Hall in Bridgeman Street, Bolton.
