THIS week I put my green box outside. It only contained glass as I put plastic and cans separate in white bin bags on top of the green box.
When I went to bring in the green box the two bags were still there.
I phoned the council,only to be told that I had to put the bags at the side of the green box.
I said they had to lift the two bags off my box to empty it. She then said "sorry it's procedure". Eh!!
