A WARNING has been issued after potentially lethal chemicals were stolen from a school in Bury.
Thieves broke into Woodhey High School, Bolton Road West, Bury, between 9pm on Friday, January 21, and 5pm on Sunday, January 23.
Some of the stolen items were recovered. The missing items are all labelled Thermit or Aluminium Nitrate.
Police heave warned anyone who came into contact with the chemicals to treat them with caution. Both can be harmful if swallowed.
