A GROUP of girls from St Bernard's RC Primary School, Ladybridge, Bolton, were so touched by a demonstration held at their school by Francis House Children's Hospice, that they decided to help raise funds.
Special badges were sold around the school and a toy tombola was held raising £270.
The group of fund-raisers are : Jessica Chadwick, Lauren Halligan, Bethany Hurst, Ana Carney, Maire Dowe, Chantelle Smith, Katie Killeen and Amy Thompson, and Caitlin Smith.
