Wanderers and Sunderland go into Monday's FA Cup Fourth Round draw after a 1-1 draw at the Reebok - but are they too concerned? And do the fans care?
Manager Sam Allardyce had no doubts where his priorities are lying - next week's Premiership clash with Fulham was the target as he made NINE changes from the team which lost at Aston Villa on New Year's Day.
The Wanderers public also made their choice - just over 10,000 bothered to turn up.
Michael Ricketts was one of the stars retained, and he gave Wanderers an 18th minute lead with a fine header from Jeff Smith's corner.
It continued Ricketts' recent run of goals after a long, long barren spell, and it was another striker suffering from lack of goals who ensured there would be a replay.
Kevin Phillips rose to meet John Ostler's cross to equalise midway through the second-half ensuring the teams meet again at Sunderland the week after next in a game both teams could surely do without.
So both teams will have one eye on Monday's draw, but far more concentration on their future prospects of staying among the Premiership elite - starting next weekend!
