DISABLED people are being offered free benefit checks.
Official figures show that only about half of people entitled to disability benefits are claiming them and of those that do, nearly one fifth are under claiming.
Wigan based Disability Advice and Informations Services Ltd says it give free advice about claiming and can be contacted on 01257 424000.
