A PROPOSED Thai Massage parlour has been refused planning permission.
Piyamas Sasutsri applied to open the business at his home above Tognarelli's cafe in Higher Market Street, Farnworth.
Councillors upheld the objections of residents, who claimed that the business would not be in keeping with the area, and turned the application down.
