COUNTY Aces produced the shock of the weekend in the Bolton Boys Federation with the seven goal blitz of previously unbeaten Hindley Town in the U13s second division.

That pushed them up the league table, while in Division One, North Walkden beat leaders AFC Hindley.

In the U18s, Woodbank and Daisy Hill both won to stay joint top, while U16 Division Two leaders Great Lever Boys edged out Radcliffe Boro in another seven goal thriller.

In the U15, there were no major shocks, but Goose Green beat local rivals Westhoughton Rangers 1-0 and Lads Club Youth and Westhoughton Rangers moved into the next round of the LFA Youth Cup.

County Crusaders took over second place in the U14s after beating AFC Standish, and Norley Hall gained their first point of the campaign after drawing 1-1 at Bromley Cross.

Forthcoming interleague fixtures: U18 v Rochdale (h), U16 v Hyndburn (h), U14 v Burnley (a). Sunday: U12 semi-final v Barrow away.
