TWO cars collided at a junction where traffic lights had failed in the early hours of Sunday morning.
A Ford Mondeo and Mitsubishi Eclipse were involved in the accident on the junction of Manchester Road and Lower Bridgeman Street, Bolton, at 1.30am.
A driver suffered slight cuts to the head while the other was unhurt.
