TWO sisters have been rolling-skating to success at the skating European Cup in Italy.
Lynsey and Aimi Lightowler, impressed at the competition in Sardinia. Lynsey, aged 25, won first prize in her category and Aimi, aged 21, scooped a fifth place.
The pair, from Radcliffe, qualified for the Italian trip after excelling in the British championships at Aylesbury.
Lynsey beat off strong competition to win the seniors artistic class and Aimi came third.
Aimi said: "The Italian team is always the one to beat, especially with them having such a big team and the competition being in their own country."
