ALAN Stephenson has been reappointed chairman of the Greater Manchester Ambulance Service Trust for another term.
Mr Stephenson, former chairman of the Wigan and Leigh Community Health Council, has been GMAS chairman since November 1997.
He chairs the NHS Confederation Ambulance Service Working Group and has declared political activity on behalf of the Labour party. Mr Stephenson will be paid £17,164 per annum and his three year appointment.
