WAYNE Merrick took first place in the Founders darts knockout.
He beat Ray Hunt in the final, with both men playing some top quality darts.
That followed Wayne's semi-final victory over Donna Beaumont, who was in good form. Donna shared the best lady prize with Ellen Wareing, who missed a double when she had the chance to eliminate Ray earlier in the competition.
Ray survived, then got through the game of the night to win his semi against Jack Fletcher.
Tonight's draw will be made at 9pm - £1 entry.
