FIREFIGHTERS were called to a terraced house in Halliwell on Thursday night after a bathroom blaze.
The incident happened in Faith Street at 9.10pm and a 30-year-old man suffered heat and smoke inhalation. He declined hospital treatment.
The fire was caused by candles in the bathroom that had been left unattended while the man went to nearby shops.
