A COMPANY which trains the long-term unemployed to find work has applied to expand into a pub.
Bolton Wise Ltd, based at the Quest Centre in Boundary Way, Bolton, wants to turn the Spinners Arms, in the same road, into a training centre, creating five jobs. Bolton Council will consider the application next month. The pub has been closed since January.
