A TAXI driver was robbed in Atherton by two men posing as customers.
The private hire vehicle picked up the two men from the Samuel Platts pub on Trafford Wharf Road, Trafford.
Shortly after 11pm, as the cab was driving along Bolton Old Road, Atherton, near to the Rope and Anchor pub, the men attacked the driver, forced him out of the vehicle and drove away.
