A MAN with a long standing drink problem appeared before magistrates accused of shoplifting.
Wayne Anthony Englebert, aged 26, of Fairfield Drive, Bury, admitted stealing a quantity of beer and foodstuffs, worth £5, from Marks and Spencer at Rochdale. Rochdale magistrates imposed a community rehabilitation order for 12 months.
