BURY man David Newns is hoping it will be third time lucky in the European elections.
Mr Newns, of Hollins Close, is the only Euro candidate from any party who lives in the borough.
He is number five on the Tory list. Born in 1947, he runs the UK subsidiary of a European musical instrument manufacturing company. He is married and has two adult sons.
