A MAN accused of abducting two young boys and carrying out an indecent attack in a Bolton park has been told he cannot return to the town before his court case is heard.
Derek Hilton, aged 54, appeared before magistrates in Bolton yesterday to apply for changes to his bail conditions which currently require him to live in Scotland with family.
His solicitor told the court he wanted to live with his brother in the Sharples area -- less than a mile from where the alleged attack took place.
Prosecution lawyers said a police report had found that the proposed bail address would be too close to the scene of the attack.
Hilton, of Eden Street, Bolton, is due to appear before magistrates on July 5 for for committal to Crown Court.
