BILL Hoult has taken up his duties as president of United Co-operatives, the independent co-operative society.
Former trades union official Mr Hoult served as president of the former United Norwest society between 1998 and 2001 and was president of Warrington society at the time of its merger with United Norwest. He has lived in Bury for many years.
