Sharples School is to host a Big Bug Show on Tuesday in a bid to educate youngsters about creepy-crawlies.
Internationally renowned science expert Lee Gibbs will be visiting Sharples School to talk to youngsters about the weird and wonderful world of bugs. The show will start with an interactive session where Year Seven pupils will have the chance to cuddle a cockroach, massage a millipede,and tickle a tarantula.
Lee will also host an after school big bug party which will be a blend of interactive science and comedy.
