SIMON Edwards' ban is an absolute disgrace.
He was merely doing what 24,000 BWFC supporters wished they could have done.
I agree with the recent ban imposed on fans convicted of violent behaviour, but is the same penalty needed for a much lesser 'offence'?.
I appreciate that the 'invasion' of the pitch is now a criminal offence, but even so-called 'criminals' are sometimes given a second chance.
I urge all loyal BWFC fans to petition the club and the FA against this knee-jerk reaction, and to reinstate Simon so that he and his family can enjoy being part of a club that prides itself on being a Family club.
Incidentally, I do not know Simon personally, I am just a loyal supporter like him.
