HE had forgotten how to score - now Michael Ricketts is scoring for fun.
He followed his vital equaliser against West Ham last week with a double against Newcastle at the Reebok on Boxing Day.
Ricketts' well-placed header put Wanderers two in front at the break, and the striker - who looked back to top form throughout - seemingly put the game beyond reach in the 63rd minute.
Latching onto Gary Speed's poor backpass, he stroked the ball past Shay Given to put the Whites 4-1 up.
The delight on his face at the final whistle was clear for all to see as that 11-match barren spell in open play was banished to the past.
