BOLTON Clarion cyclist Paul Dickinson is on a roll again after he clocked a personal best time of 57-17 in a 25mile event at Cockermouth.
He followed that up with 21-56 at Garstang in the 10 mile time trial.
Fred Smith took the O60s award at a Garstang event in 24-58.
