THE salad a colleague bought from Bolton's Marks & Spencer store on Deansgate was almost completely frozen when she got it back to work.
But, when she returned with it immediately, the welcome couldn't have been warmer. They not only happily gave her a fresh salad but added a can of tuna for good measure.
As far as customer service goes, it's full Marks all round!
