A GOLF day is being held to raise money for a children's hospice.
Hart Common Golf Club at Westhoughton will host the day to raise money for Derian House Children's Hospice at Chorley; a hospice used by Bolton children.
Teams of four can enter the competition where there is a chance of winning a Nissan Micra for the first hole-in-one. There are also team prizes for first, second and third.
The event will be held on Tuesday, July 6. There will be novelty prizes and prizes for the longest drive and nearest the pin.
Registration starts at 10.30am. Maximum handicaps allowed are 24 for men and 36 for women. Team entry costs £220. Telephone Mandy on 0161 280 3323 to book.
