BOLTON has some lovely old buildings and a renovation programme that appears to have kept most of them in that condition.
But, I cannot understand why handsome Little Bolton Town Hall on the corner of All Saints Street and St Georges Street in the town centre still looks so neglected.
It's a beautiful stone building with obvious charms and I cannot recall it ever occupied in the last decade.
Take a look at it, see if you agree, and then perhaps we can jointly lobby for some action.
