TERRIFIED air travellers can conquer their fear of flying- thanks to Sir Richard Branson.
The entreprenuer is bringing his Virgin Atlantic "Flying Without Fear" course to Manchester Airport next month.
The Virgin Atlantic programme, now in its seventh year, has helped thousands of people to overcome their fears of flight, ranging from discomfort at takeoff, to a complete inability to board an aircraft.
The one-day course, with a team of Virgin Atlantic Captains, cabin crew, consultants and trainers, includes a session regarding aircraft functions, noises and safety to help would-be flyers gain an understanding of how the aircraft operates.
Virgin Atlantic's northern 'Flying Without Fear' office can be contacted on 01423 714900 or go to www.flyingwithoutfear.info>
The courses cost £199 + VAT. The Manchester course will be on April 25.
