ANTHONY Goldstone, chairman of the Learning and Skills Council Greater Manchester, has been chosen as the first chairman of the new Learning and Skills Council North West Regional Board.
Chairmen and executive directors of the five North West LSCs selected Anthony at the first meeting of the Regional Board in February 2004.
The new North-west regional board will meet every two months.
