GETTING in shape for a "Jogabout" in Bolton town centre in May, 1978, were these workers from Chortex, Horwich.
They were among an expected 1,500 sponsored joggers trying to raise £10,000 for coronary care at local hospitals. The event was being organised by Bolton Round Table, who seven years previously had organised a "Walkabout" which had raised just over £7,000.
