JAY-Jay Okocha has ended the current speculation over a new contract by putting off talks on his new deal until the end of the season.
He said: "I want to concentrate all my efforts on improving my form and helping Bolton Wanderers, therefore I have decided to leave contract talks until the end of the season.
"I am still a Bolton player and I just have to focus on the remaining games and give my all.
"Then we will see what will happen.
"I am not under any pressure to make a decision. I just want to get my form back and don't want anything to distract me."
He admitted he had been unhappy with his form after feeling jaded following the African Nations Cup, but that he had played better in the last couple of games.
